User Responsibility for Content: You assume full legal responsibility for all prompts and generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kenerate AI holds zero liability for any misuse, defamation, or third-party rights violations.
Prohibited Uses & Lawful Enforcement
Zero Tolerance for Minor Exploitation (CSAM): Generating, uploading, requesting, or attempting to create any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), minor exploitation, or underage explicit content is strictly illegal. Any user account or IP ID found violating this policy will face IMMEDIATE & PERMANENT ACCOUNT TERMINATION (ID BLOCK) with complete forfeiture of credits and zero refund. Violations are reported directly to law enforcement authorities (NCMEC / INTERPOL).
To maintain ethical safety standards and payment provider compliance (e.g., Stripe, Fungies), our privacy and computing infrastructure strictly prohibits the generation or storage of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual explicit deepfakes of real individuals, terrorist propaganda, fraud schemes, or malware. We reserve full rights to suspend accounts violating these policies and cooperate with lawful legal requests when required by regulatory authorities.
