Anything that is mostly text, lists and tables works well. A few that suit a Word file:

What goes into the Word file

Writing in other languages
The agent replies and writes in the language you use, so you can ask for a document in Spanish, French, Hindi or many others. For Hindi and other non-Latin scripts, how a DOCX looks depends on the fonts on the computer that opens it, so ask for a PDF as well when the layout must be exact.
What it can't do
It can't open a Word file or PDF you already have, since documents can't be uploaded, so paste the text instead. It doesn't track changes inside an existing document.
