What makes a good start image
Runway warns that flaws in the image, like blurry hands or faces, may be intensified in the video. Use a sharp picture with clear light and a subject that's big enough in the frame.
The prompt formula
Alibaba's Wan guide gives image to video its own formula: motion + camera movement, because the image already fixes the subject, scene and style. Runway adds: describe what should happen — negative phrasing isn't supported.
