Topaz Gigapixel upscales images up to 6× on Windows 10/11 and macOS 12 or later, as a standalone app or a plugin for Photoshop and Lightroom Classic. Its models include Standard, High Fidelity, Low Res, Text & Shapes, Art & CG, Recover, Redefine, Wonder and Face Recovery.

Gigapixel Personal costs $149 a year, $19 a month on a yearly commitment or $29 month-to-month; Pro is $499 a year. Topaz Studio ($399 a year) bundles Video, Photo, Gigapixel, Bloom and the web and mobile apps, with a 32 MP export limit on Personal and 100 MP on Pro.

Print labs publish pixel targets — Walgreens lists 5400 × 3600 px for a 24×36-inch poster [1]. Online-store images rarely need more than about 2048 px on a side [2]. Paying for 6× or 16× only matters if the destination needs it.
