Quick answer
How do you make a 360 orbit video from an image with AI?
An image orbit (or 360 orbit) video is a shot where the camera travels in a circle around the subject while it stays centred in frame, so you see it from every side. With AI you don't need a turntable or a drone: upload one photo as the start frame in Kenerate's Video Studio, click the 360 Orbit Spin tag (Tags › Camera Motion) or the Orbit 360° camera preset, and the model generates the views the camera passes. A 5-second test on Wan 3.0 at 480p costs 75 credits; Seedance 2.0 and 2.5 go up to 4K.

How to use the 360 orbit video AI
- Time needed
- Steps
- 4 steps
Step 1
Open Video Studio
Go to Video Studio and pick a model — Seedance 2.0 for orbits from a start frame, Wan 3.0 for cheap drafts, Seedance 2.5 for longer or 4K clips.
Step 2
Upload your photo
Add the image as the start frame (image-to-video): a person, a product shot, a pet, a car or a building. No photo? Describe the scene for text-to-video.
Step 3
Add the orbit move
Open Tags, search "orbit" and click 360 Orbit Spin — or open Camera and pick Orbit 360°. For a half circle, write "slow 180-degree orbit" in the prompt.
Step 4
Set length, size and sound
5 seconds suits one slow turn; 8–10 s for a full circle. Pick 9:16 for Reels and TikTok or 16:9 for YouTube, and sound on or off.
See it in the app

Open Video Studio in Text to Video mode and write the shot — subject, action, camera move and light.
Tips
Prompt tips for a clean orbit shot
What keeps the subject steady while the camera goes around it.
One clear subject in the middle of the frame, with space around it — the model needs room to swing the camera.
A plain or simple background: busy scenes are the main cause of warping during an orbit.
Say how far and how fast: "slow 180-degree orbit" is easier to get right than a quick full spin.
Tell the subject what to do: "stands still" for a product-style turn, or one small action for a person.
Side or rim light shows the parallax, so the move reads as a camera orbit and not a flat pan.
Test 5 seconds at 480p, check the far side of faces and products for drift, then remake the keeper in 1080p or 4K.

FAQ
360 Orbit Video AI questions
10 questions
What is an image orbit video?
It is a clip where the camera moves in a circle around the subject while the subject stays centred, so the viewer sees it from several sides. Filmmakers call it an orbit or arc shot. AI image-to-video models can make one from a single still by generating the views the camera passes.
Link to this answerCan AI make a 360 orbit video from one photo?
Yes. Upload the photo as the start frame in Video Studio, add the 360 Orbit Spin tag or the Orbit 360° camera preset, and generate. The back of the subject is invented by the model, not captured, so check faces, logos and product details and remake the take if they drift.
Link to this answerWhat prompt makes a smooth orbit shot?
Name the subject, what it does, the arc and the pace — for example: "a ceramic vase on a white plinth stands still, slow 360-degree camera orbit around it, soft side light, plain grey studio". The 360 Orbit Spin tag adds "smooth 360-degree rotational camera orbit around subject, centered parallax movement" for you.
Link to this answerWhich AI video model is best for orbit shots?
Pick by budget and length. Wan 3.0 is cheapest for testing (75 credits for 5 s at 480p); Seedance 2.0 is a good default from a start frame and goes up to 4K; Seedance 2.5 reaches 30 s for slow full circles; Kling v3 Pro suits people and fashion; Veo 3.1 makes short 4–8 s hero shots. Results vary per image, so try two models on the same frame.
Link to this answerCan I make a 360 spin product video?
Yes. Use a clean product photo on a plain background as the start frame and ask for a slow orbit with the product standing still. For a ready-made look, the Cosmic Bottle and Luxury Bag Runway Viral Presets orbit a product in a styled set — you only add the photo.
Link to this answerHow is an orbit different from bullet time?
In an orbit the subject can move normally while the camera circles it. Bullet time freezes the action — a jump, a splash — while the camera keeps moving. For the frozen version use the Matrix Bullet-Time tag on the bullet time page.
Link to this answerHow is this different from changing the camera angle of a photo?
Changing the camera angle makes a new still image of the same scene from another viewpoint. An orbit video is a moving clip where the camera travels around the subject from one view to the next.
Link to this answerHow much does a 360 orbit video cost?
It depends on the model, length and resolution. A 5-second clip costs 75 credits on Wan 3.0 at 480p, 180 on Seedance 2.0 at 480p, 270 on Seedance 2.5 at 480p and 600 on Veo 3.1. Credits are shown before you generate.
Link to this answerIs it free?
You can open Video Studio and build the prompt without paying. Generating video uses credits from a credit pack; a free account's starter credits are meant for images.
Link to this answerCan I use photos of other people?
Use photos of yourself, of people who have agreed, and of products and pets you have the right to use. Don't make clips of real people without their consent or present an AI clip as real footage.

360 Orbit Video AI, explained
What works, what to avoid, and how to pick a model.
On this page
How a camera orbit works on set — and in AI
On a film set an orbit is shot by moving the camera on a circular track, a gimbal walked around the actor, or a drone circling a building; product videos often use a turntable instead. An AI video model doesn't move anything: it takes your photo as the first frame and predicts what the subject looks like from each new angle as the virtual camera travels round.
Three ways to make it on Kenerate
Pick the route that fits how much control you want:
- Video Studio + 360 Orbit Spin tag: any model, your own prompt, your own frame. Most control.
- Video Studio + Orbit 360° camera preset: adds "smooth 360 degree orbit camera rotation" from the Camera menu.
- Viral Presets (Cosmic Bottle, Luxury Bag Runway, Golf Swing, Cherry Samurai): no prompt — add a photo and the template handles the set and the orbit.
Full 360 or a partial arc
A full circle in 5 seconds is a fast spin, and fast moves give the model more to invent per frame. For people, a slow 90–180-degree arc usually looks more natural; save the full 360 for products, statues, cars and buildings, and give it 8–10 seconds on Wan 3.0 or Seedance 2.5.
What can go wrong
The far side of the subject is generated, not photographed, so a face can change, text and logos can blur and hands can melt. Some takes slide the subject instead of moving the camera. A plain background, one subject, a slower arc and "the subject stays still, only the camera moves" in the prompt fix most of it.
